Flat Tire Repair

PATCH, YES. PLUG, NO!

The proper way to have a tire repaired is to patch the tire from the inside and to fill the punctured hole. Do not have your tire plugged EVER! A plug is simply inserted into the punctured area, making it unreliable. A plug repairs do not involve removing the tire off the wheel for proper inspection. Significant damage can occur from running the vehicle with a low tire. Have your slow leak or flat tire repaired properly by trained techs.
