Computer Troubleshooters is the largest computer service and repair franchise in the world with close to 500 locations. We have been operating in the Vancouver area since 2004. Joel LaRusic is the franchisee for the entire North Shore and Sea to Sky Corridor. We provide laptop repair including screen and DC jack replacement and motherboard level repairs. We also sell quality laptops – our niche is providing laptops that will actually last and not pack it in after just 2 or 3 years. One of the things that people have told us they love about our company is our flat rate in-shop services. Computer Troubleshooters cares deeply for our children’s future and supports green initiatives. One program they are proud to be a part of is recycling. We accept old digital cameras, cell phones, computers, laptops and ink and toner cartridges. Many of these items can be sold to recycling companies and all 100% of proceeds received from such sale we give to the Canadian Diabetes Association. This is just one way we try to give back, so just drop off those recyclables to our shop anytime during office hours. No purchase necessary.
