Churn is located in North Vancouver BC and produces handcrafted butter with unique flavour combinations, sure to satisfy every taste. Locally produced and distributed, Churn butters are a sinful delight—our sweet butters are an amazing complement to any dessert, and our savoury butters are the perfect spread for everything from everyday snacks to cocktail parties.

Churn was founded by Carol Viau, whose passion for fresh, organic, local food is contagious. 

What started as a hobby in her down time evolved into a passion. Carol found herself inspired by local cuisine and she loved the challenge of creating both sweet and savoury dishes. And what better way to prepare these dishes than with butter? Through this culinary journey, the idea for Churn was born.

Carol has created an elegant collection of butters to enjoy with meals, appetizers and desserts—or even all on their own.
