We two terrible experiences with Canadian Carpet & Tile, as Canadian Home Style. Our landlords hired them to install our laminate flooring last year. The workers were extremely rude, left our apartment full of dust and we needed them to return as they had installed the molding with nails so large they were distracting. Recently we needed them to come back to replace a pipe that had rusted through from a job they did less than a year ago. They blamed us saying that we had somehow broken the pipe from trying to unplug it (which had never happened) and that my hair dye (I have never dyed my hair at home) corroded the pipe. When I phoned the owner to try to get a reasonable explanation as to what we could have done to cause this damage, she hung up on me. The Plumber also told my husband directly, in our apartment, that the old pipe was bad quality so he needed to put a new one in
