Not sure how many of you shop/consign at Boomers and Echoes in North Vancouver but I had to share my recent experience.. After having been told I should come pick up my consignment items because 'nothing was acceptable', I went to retrieve them this morning and found 15- 20 items missing in the box they left for me at the front of the store. After loudly announcing that I wouldn't be leaving the store til the items were returned, I followed the lady around back and found several of my items hanging there - with tags on, ready to go out on the floor. They were tagged with another consignor number (one digit off). I had decided to give them another chance after they 'Lost' my 40-item order last year and it took me 15 phone calls and 4 months to get any action on that mistake. Sad to say but the people who run this place are thieves and liars. Shop/consign at your own risk. You have been warned. :-)
